VIVICON began its work in 1968 as a pioneer in privately developed communities. Today, 40 years after its birth, the company has accumulated experience in more than 37 completed communities and more than 8000 homes built. This knowledge has allowed for a constant growth and evolution in building together with the use of innovative materials and concepts that guarantee continuously better results.
Quality is a priority for VIVICON. You may see it in the building process, the quality control practices, and the selection of materials and after sales service. VIVICON builds with its own highly specialized workers that continuously supervise the whole process. Our resident engineers and our experienced field workers verify more than 700 relevant items during the different stages of each home. Once a home is delivered, VIVICON's customer service team is available to help the owner with any issue and guide him regarding the adequate use and maintenance of the home. |
