How do I reserve a house?
You should make an initial deposit and sign a Sales Agreement in order to reserve a house. The Sales Agreement is the document that establishes the conditions of the sale and includes the specifications of the house you are buying. With this document, you will also receive a Guide to Buying, Closing and Moving that contains more information.

How do I get financing?
VIVICON provides assistance when applying for a credit from mayor banks. We will advise you through the process, recommending available options and their requirements.

How do I customize my house?
You can achieve a personal touch with the available finishes and extras. One week after reservation, you may set an appointment with your sales advisor to review the available options for your house at its particular building stage.

Quality control and inspection
Upon completion, your house will have gone through a series of quality checks by our technical staff. You are welcome to inspect it with your sales advisor.

Closing and delivery
During this appointment, you will sign the transfer deed. The notary will register the deed. Once the deed is signed you will be able to enjoy your new house.
